Everyone knows that moms have the toughest job in the world. Why? First, their job is physically demanding, in that they have to constantly take care of their children. Sometimes only locking themselves in the bathroom to get a break. One mom said, "I am a full-time uber driver for my kids, so that they can live their best life." And then there are the never ending piles of laundry. Secondly, moms have a mentally demanding job, because God gave women hearts of caring gold. Only a mom would throw herself in front of an attacking grizzly bear to save her children. Only a mom stays up late thinking over the day, what they said, or didn't say. Moms lay down their hopes and dreams to help their children accomplish their God given dreams. (Regardless of their religion or ethnicity). So, with everything that moms have going on in their life, how can they fast? The better question to ask is, "How can they not fast?" Below is a list of practicals for fasting and praying moms.

15 MINTUE
PRAYER DAILY
Just take 15 minutes daily to pray. First, Thank God. Second, pray for yourself, third, for your children. Lastly, Pray for a nation of the earth.

PRAYER LIST
Getting a prayer list together is simple and easy. It can help you stay consistent and remind you to pray for those God puts on your heart.
FAST IN THE
GRACE OF GOD
If God gives you the grace to fast from food then do it. If you only have grace to stay off of social media, or entertainment then do it. Just Rest in the Grace God gives you, and fast whatever He asks of you.
DON'T ASK &
DON'T TELL
When you fast don't ask and don't tell. Just keep your fasting between you and God. This way if you fail one day, you can just start over.

& JUST REDO
Remember Jesus is not calling you to be perfect. He is inviting weak people to give up what they can and give themselves to God ! His mercy is new every morning.
